Work Description: Unclogged the Main House drain. After unclogged told me that they have an industrial cleaner to clean it out but would cost 189.00. That I think is high but price to unclog was not bad took him 15 min.

Work Description: installment of hot water heater.

Comments: I told plumber I did not want GE heater and he put one in anyway, He did good job but didn 't listen to paying customer. Hotpoint is a GE HW heater.

Work Description: The quality of work was not great. I was told that we did not need a valve replaced, that the plumber could "permanently fix" the leaky valve without replacing it. Instead, he wound up soldering the release valve shut. This stopped the leak, but left without the release valve.

Comments: A contractor was able to come by within a few hours of my call, which was great given the amount of snow. I was not very impressed with the price, but he was willing to negotiate if we agreed to get the job done immediately, rather than having someone else come by to compare prices. Job was not done perfectly, but it did get done quickly.

Work Description: Two New Furnaces Installed. Job included all the parts needed to get the two furnaces back on.

Comments: On 12/09/09 the two furnaces at my property failed. I Called Robert’s Pluming, Robert's pluming was very quick on responding to my call. I needed the heating system back on FAST My tenant on the second floor has a new baby and the whether was about to change big time. Robert's Pluming gave me the options that I had: On one hand, I had to wait some time to get the parts needed to fix the old furnaces that I had. The technician explain to me that it was going to be hard to find the new replacements. On the other hand, He suggested that getting new equipment would be faster, more expensive; ofcourse, but faster. Fast it was, they had one of the furnaces installed the very same day that I hired them. That was a big PLUS! Getting new equipment really speed up the process. The Job started on 12/09/09 and ended on 12/10/09. So far the two furnaces are Ok. No complains from the tenants. Good Job! I believe it was expensive to replace the two furnaces, but a 20 year on site warranty by Robert’s pluming really gave me a needed peace of mind. At the end I think it was well worth it. This was my first big pluming problem, this is the first time that I deal with Robert's Pluming, so far I am happy; If I have another job in the future I will certaintly call them first.
