Work Description: Work consisted of repairing crack in bascement concrete floor and associated "spider" cracks.

Comments: I was initailly impressed by their responsiveness with work starting the next day. However, I was not made aware of the amount of concrete dust that would be generated. No precautions were taken by either vapor barrier and or supplemental ventilation. Consequently, clean-up is still a work in progress two weeks after completion of the job by my wife and myself. Additionally, the contractor was to return to reafix the foundation wall insulation. Numerous phone calls have yiielded no return to complete the job. Unfortunately, payment was made in full. I am impressed by concrete. networx.com and will use again in the but will be more selective with selecting a proactive firm.

Work Description: Remove and rebuild pool deck.

Comments: RC Construction (Manion Remodeling) offered a very reasonable price with what should have been a fast job. They identified a very competent Pool company to replace the skimmers. That was 3 weeks ago and the pool remains uncovered and the pool deck is just gravel. Job is still unfinished.
