Work Description: Two parts of concrete work was done: the sidewalk and the small walkway beside our house. The sidewalk is ~700 sf and the walkway is much smaller.

Comments: Overall, I would recommand Paul's Construction Corp. I'll give them all 5 stars for the sidewalk. The job was done beautifully and quickly. Paul even help us save some money by keeping all non-broken blocks of concrete, which is harder for him to wrok around and earn him less money. I highly recommand him for that part of job. For the small walkway, I would give a 5 star for the concrete work but only 3 star for the cleanup, which including concrete pieces on our lawn and delay of wood frame removal. I have to go to work when the walkway was done, and I think that most of these would be fixed immediately if you could monitor the job. Paul's price is much lower than the other guy refer by this site, but I did get two lower quotes from ads in newspapers. The problem is that one of the cheaper constructor wanted us to get the permit for the sidewalk (which is not legal) and the other one didn't even know that a permit is required. Therefore, I still give him a 5 star on the price.

Comments: Paul's Construction arrived at 8 am sharp, and completed the whole basement in one day. I was so pleased with his punctuality and professionalism that I gave him another job to do.
