Work Description: I wanted to take a moment and tell you how happy we are with the beautiful stone retaining wall that you recently completed on our property. You have taken a very bad railroad tie retaining wall and replaced it with an incredible stone wall that has turned our home into a work of art. I could not have asked for more. Your crew did an outstanding job. Every one of them was professional, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable in their work. They kept working in the hottest of temperatures and everyday cleaned the area completely. What a great crew you have! Work Description: To Whom It May Concern: Let me say up front that I am very hard to please, and that I have had some bad experiences with contractors. For that reason, I tend to have very little faith that any job will be completed to my satisfaction, in fact, I usually expect a contractor to do only part of what he promises to do. McFall Masonry has restored my faith. I met Dan McFall when I was interviewing contractors to find someone to build a stone wall in front of my house. This was no small project and the way the wall would look was as important as how well the wall was built. Dan immediately exhibited a superior knowledge to the other contractors I talked with, and he got the job. From the beginning, Dan communicated with me about his every move involving my wall. He and his crew showed up bright and early every day, and worked long hours. They were neat, courteous and considerate. Above all, they knew what they were doing and obviously cared about the final outcome of the project. Dan McFall is a craftsman from another time. You would do well to hire him if you have a project within his area of expertise.”
