Comments: the price seems to be competitive to another contractor not found on networx. Need to make a follow up call with the contractor on networx. Still in the market getting further bids from another contractor on networx. Contractor arrived for the bid and seemed knowledable. The second contractor I spoke with later in the evening and knew my municipality as well. thank you
