Comments: We shopped around quite a bit for our stamped concrete patio job. We chose J's Concrete Design partly because Jim had a great personality and a great price. Well J's really delivered on both price and quality! We have already scheduled a followup project and referred J's to two neighbors. Thanks Jim!!

Work Description: 600sqft Patio (30W x 20D)- Stained Stamped Concrete Project

Comments: PROS - After 3 estimates, J's Concrete came in $4k under budget! Jim even suggested a more cost effective design, which we decided to go with. They own their own equipment & the team is very knowledgeable from the Foreman, Richie, to their Landscaper, Victor. If you don't know what you want, Jim will consider your house, property, lifestyle and even physical limitations. We now have a Stained Stamped 600sqft Concrete Patio that we love - the accent came out brighter than expected but we have 1 yr to consider something darker. CONS - Would've liked a less random schedule - they'd either show up hours after the time Jim gave us or not show up at all due to overlapping projects. Jim seemed a bit unorganized, there were a few times he scheduled to meet with one of us & didn't show up. The guys accidentally used rocks on our property than using road base - promised to deliver replacements after project was done. After a few "no-shows" and excuses, we opted for cash value. All n all, the actual work they do is design worthy & professional. The team is pleasant to work with & we're so happy with our new outdoor space! P.S. The guys work really hard - consider tossing a few Gatorades their way.
