Work Description: Retractable Awning

Comments: paid deposit which was one half total cost, Erik Diamond and Bob Ryan took my money and I have not heard from them since they deposited my check, this is a scam, do NOT do business with them. I am out of $2K+, I still have no awning, Bob Ryan will not return phone calls and can not be found and this has been since June. Buyer BEWARE!

Work Description: Concrete Patio with surrounding step.

Comments: Bob Ryan and crew did a great job on the concrete patio. Craftsmanship was excellent. Bob listened to what I was interested in and made suggestions to help come to a beautiful end product. Timely, accurate and fair price. Bob answered all questions. I would recommend Bob to anyone and would definitely does business again!
