Work Description: Replace sidewalk 10ft by 20ft

Comments: They were prompt. The work was performed professionally. However, when it came time to pour the cement Ali of Elite told me that it would cost extra to lay down the re-bar before pouring the cement. I was taken aback. I thought that the re-bar was part of the original quote. Also, he suggested I should pay with cash. That also took me by suprise. I want records for all work down to my house.
