Work Description: I own a home with a four-tier concrete rear patio that expands almost the the entire width of the house. Over the years with drought and now significant rainfall the entire patio began to lean away from the base foundation of the house, about an inch. I just recently moved back into my home from three years of tenant occupation. Renters tend not to maintain the appropriate soil moisture content to avoid slippage, etc. Aesthetically, with the felt gone and other material deteriorating it was ugly. It looked worse that it was, but nevertheless it needed ot be reparied. Without the repair water (rain) would continue to run between the house and the patio and the patio had the potential to lean furhter.

Comments: I am extremely pleased with the work and aesthetic outcome Dreamscapes provided to my beautiful home. I went on line looking for a "concrete repair" company and was contacted by Wes. He came over the next day and surveyed the situation. I was really worried because I didn't know what was really going on. Wes helped me understand what had happened, nothing to worry about with regard to the home's structure, etc. It was simply an aesthetic fix. He provided a "very reasonable" estimate of repair. The work began that day and was completed before darkness set in. I am the second owner of the home and the result of the work looked better than when I purchased the home five years ago. The pictures provided do not provide the justice deserved. The work still need to dry, but once the sun does its work the outcome will be perfect. THANK YOU!!! Beautiful work.
