Work Description: Tear out and replace concrete Drive Way Pour Concrete Slab in Back for room Expansion

Comments: Concrete Drive is okay but some areas have rocks showing through. Concrete in Slab for room is sub standard and is chaulking and breaking up and continious comning up just by sweeping with a broom. Permit to build declined by City Inspector with present concrete slab that was poured.
